Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Public Security, Operations and Traffic Sector Major General Abdullah Al-Rajeeb inspected a number of Husseiniyas, which has begun to receive citizens and residents on the first day of the month of Muharram to perform their religious rituals.

Al-Rajeeb has issued instructions to the securitymen guarding Husseiniyas to work with caution to overcome all obstacles, and cooperate with the owners of Husseiniya councils, according to the security plan that was approved by the Ministry of Interior and the owners of Husseiniyas, reports Al-Rai daily.

This comes, at a time when the commander of the Bneid Al-Qar region, Brigadier General Khaled Al-Otaibi, has issued instructions to the security men to be extra vigilant and adhere to the law in securing Husseiniyas.

He stressed that no illegal individual action will be entertained that negatively affects the role of security forces in protecting citizens and residents.

He called on everyone to assume the responsibility that rests on them and to be fully observant while on duty.
