On behalf of the Government and people of the Republic of Botswana, I wish to convey to His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, Amir of the State of Kuwait, and through His Highness, to the Government and people of Kuwait, our warm congratulations as they celebrate the 60th anniversary of Kuwait’s independence and the 30th anniversary of Kuwait’s liberation day.
Let me take this opportunity to extend best wishes of peace and prosperity to Kuwait especially under this difficult environment overshadowed by the coronavirus pandemic.
I am confident that under the visionary leadership of His Highness the Amir, Kuwait will overcome this scourge and emerge stronger. May Almighty God bless His Highness The Amir with continued good health and endow Kuwait with peace and prosperity.
