It is with profound sorrow that we learned of the passing on of His Highness, Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah, Amir of Kuwait, a Great Statesman and Leader. During this sad occasion, we pray to Almighty God, in His boundless mercy and compassion, to extend a hand of consolation and healing upon the Royal Family, the Government, and the people of Kuwait.
His Highness will forever be remembered for his outstanding contribution not only to the economic and social advancement of Kuwait, but also for his unwavering commitment to peace and humanitarian causes which have earned Kuwait international acclaim and respect. May Almighty GOD grant His Highness a place of honour in His Kingdom.
