Police have arrested an unidentified Bangladeshi for allegedly attempting to rape a Filipino domestic helper in Surrah, Al Anba daily reported on Thursday.
The suspect was working at the house of a Kuwaiti, and he allegedly sneaked into the maid’s room and attempted to force himself on her. Reacting in fear, the maid screamed for help.
The sponsor called the police and the suspect was taken into custody, then to the station for interrogation. He claimed that the maid lured him, which she denies.
