Bahrain has granted emergency approval for the use of a COVID-19 vaccine on frontline workers from Tuesday, state news agency BNA said, reporting an announcement by the health minister.
On this, Lindsey Dietschi, Pfizer Gulf Cluster Lead said that the Emergency Use Authorization in the Kingdom of Bahrain marks a historic moment in the fight against COVID-19.
She applauds the National Health Regulatory Authority(NHRA) in the kingdom of Bahrain for its ability to conduct a careful assessment and take timely action to help protect the people of Bahrain.
