Bahraini Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa on Wednesday bemoaned loss of the Kuwaiti Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah who was a wise leader who loved everyone. “We have lost a sagacious leader who loved everybody and whose life was full of giving and humanitarian aid,” said the Crown Prince in remarks broadcast by the Bahrain News Agency (BNA).
BNA said the Heir Apparent addressed a cable of condolences to the freshly proclaimed Amir of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, on Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad’s death. He recalled Sheikh Sabah’s efforts that made Kuwait become prominent at the regional and international levels, as well as his contributions for boosting the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). BNA also said the Crown Prince sent an identical cable to His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad AlSabah.
