Mr. Fayis Ashraf Ali started his cycle campaign from Kerala to London by participating in the “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” celebrations on 15 August, and reached Kuwait on 24th December.
Through this ride, Mr. Ali intends to create awareness about fitness and healthcare, “End Polio Now” of the Rotary Mission, promote conflict resolution and peace building, impart the young generation globally of the virtues of our culture and beauty of Malayalam and Go Green by focusing on Zero Carbon emission and anti drug campaign in campuses.
Mr. Fayis is expected to cover 30,000 km across 35 countries and reach London in about 450 days.
During the press, Badr Al Samaa Country Head Mr. Ashraf Ayyoor felicitated and handed over a momento to Mr Fayiz in the presence of Branch Manager Mr. Abdul Razak.
During his speech, he highly appreciated and conveyed the best wishes for the challenge taken.
