On behalf of the people and government of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as on my own behalf, I sincerely congratulate the brotherly people and state of Kuwait on the occasion of Liberation Day and National Day holidays.
We are confident that our cooperation with the new leadership, parliament and Government of Kuwait, based on previous traditions, on principles of friendship and brotherhood, will continue successfully in the mutual interests of our peoples and states.
I think there is a great potential for expanding our relations. We must be ready for the rapid restoration and development of our cooperation in the post-pandemic period.
