An international group of astronomers has discovered two exoplanets orbiting a nearby dwarf star known as TOI-2095.

The site said that astronomers discovered the two planets outside the solar system, as they revolve around the dwarf star, by using the satellite dedicated to surveying the transiting exoplanets of NASA, reports Al-Rai daily.

According to the results, the new celestial bodies belong to the “super-Earth” category. The paper’s authors note that the newly discovered planets are close to the inner edge of the habitable zone in TOI-2095 and that their parameters make them attractive targets for further follow-up observations.
