Minister of Commerce and Industry and Minister of State for Communications and Information Technology Affairs Mazen Al-Nahedh issued a decision to reconfigure the Disciplinary Board of the Competition Protection Authority.
The decision includes the replacement of two members, Haider Taher Al-Herz and Youssef Hassan Qarashi, with Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Al-Derbas and Dr. Barak Ghanem Al-Gharabli, says a local Arabic daily.
On the other hand, Al-Nahedh decided to suspend the implementation of Ministerial Resolution 35 of 2022 regarding controls for exporting products manufactured using subsidized kerosene from December 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023.
