Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Acting Minister of Interior Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled Al-Khaled has issued a decision authorizing the Ministry’s Assistant Undersecretary for Criminal Security Affairs Major General Hamed Al-Mutairi to sign some documents related to the import and purchase of weapons from abroad.
The decision to this effect has been published in the Official Gazette (Kuwait Al-Youm) today, Sunday, reports a local Arabic daily.
