National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim expressed his confidence that the political leadership would take the “appropriate decision” regarding the resignation of the government, in a way that serves the interest of the country and people.
Al-Ghanim added, said in a press statement, “I was officially informed that the Prime Minister and the ministers had submitted their resignations to His Highness the Crown Prince, pursuant to an Amiri order in exercising some of His Highness the Amir’s constitutional powers.
