Minister of Interior, Sheikh Thamer Al-Ali, received at the Ministry headquarters members of the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) Khaled Al-Khaled and Abdullah Al-Mulla, and the assistant director-general of the Chamber Imad Al-Zaid.
During the meeting Al-Ali praised the Chamber’s positive role in supporting the national economy, both at the public and private levels and assured full support of the security establishment to promote economic and commercial work aimed at achieving development in various fields in the country, reports Al-Jarida daily.
During the meeting, a number of common issues and a mechanism for enhancing cooperation between the security establishment and the Chamber were discussed.
For their part, the guests thanked the Minister for the warm reception accorded to them and the services provided by the Ministry to overcome obstacles facing the Chamber’s work and to develop joint cooperation between the two parties.
On the other hand, Minister Al-Ali met, yesterday morning, at the Ministry’s headquarters, a number of citizens to look into their complaints and obstacles facing g them in completing their transactions and ordered their solution in line with the law.
