On behalf of the Government and people of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and on my own behalf, I would like to extend my heartiest congratulations and best wishes to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, and His Excellency the Foreign Minister Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, as well as to the honorable people of Kuwait, on the auspicious occasion of the 60th anniversary of National Day and the 30th anniversary of Liberation Day of the State of Kuwait.
Referring to the strong and brotherly retaliations between the State of Kuwait and the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in the last six decades and the visit of the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan to the State of Kuwait last year, as well as the meeting of the Foreign Ministers of both countries; I am confident that the future bilateral relations between the two countries will strengthen furthermore.
In this glorious occasion, I pray to Almighty Allah to bless His Highness the Amir of Kuwait and His Highness the Crown Prince with good health and success and wishing for the brotherly people of Kuwait progress and prosperity.
