Embassy of India, Kuwait is the center to conduct the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) — 2021 [NEET (UG) – 2021] in Kuwait. All candidates registered to appear in the Entrance Test are advised to carefully go through and strictly adhere to the points given below:

(i) The Entrance Test will be conducted at the premises of Embassy of India in Kuwait. Embassy’s official address is ‘Diplomatic Enclave, Daiya Area, Arabian Gulf Street, Kuwait City’. The Test will be conducted strictly as per the National Testing Agency (NTA) guidelines.

(ii) The Entrance Test will be conducted by the NTA on Sunday, 12 September 2021, from 11:30 A.M. — 02:30 P.M. (Kuwait time) in Pen and Paper mode, to be answered on the OMR sheet using Black Ball Point Pen which will be provided by the NTA.

(iii) The duration of the Entrance Test will be three (03) hours.

(iv) As per NTA guidelines, NEET (UG)-2021 outside India will be held only in English language.

(v) Entry of the candidates to the Embassy will be administered through the main Diplomatic gate entrance in staggered timing batches from 08:30 A.M. till 11:00 A.M. (Kuwait time). Candidates are requested to report as per the time indicated in their respective Admit Cards. Please note that the time mentioned in the Admit Card might be Indian Standard Time, hence the candidates are advised to convert it to the corresponding local time in Kuwait.

(vi) No candidate will be permitted to enter the Examination Centre after 11:00 AM. (Kuwait time). Hence, candidates are advised to leave for the Examination Centre well in advance, taking into consideration multiple factors like traffic, location of the Centre and weather conditions, etc.

(vii) Admit Card: Candidates have to download the Admit Card from the NTA website “https://neet.nta.nic.in“. They are advised to read the instructions given on the NTA website as well as on the Admit Card carefully and follow them scrupulously during the conduct of the examination. Candidates shall bring only the items specifically mentioned in the Admit Card. The prohibited items mentioned in the Admit Card should not be brought.

(viii) Candidates will be offered a fresh N95 mask before entry and they will be required to remove the mask worn by him/her from home and mandatorily wear the mask provided at the Centre.

(ix) A Registration Desk has been set up at the Embassy premises which will function from 08:30 A.M on September 12. Only candidates with Admit card and proof of identification will be allowed entry to the Registration Area. No parent or accompanying person will be allowed entry to the premises under any circumstances.

(x) Candidates may be subjected to frisking with the help of metal detectors and temperature check with thermal devices before entering the Examination Centre. No candidate would be allowed to enter the Examination Centre, without Admit Card, Valid ID Proof and proper frisking.

(xi) Examination Officials will not be responsible for the safe keep of personal belongings of the candidates. In case any candidate is found in possession of any of the barred items inside the Centre, it will be considered as use of unfair means and action will be taken against such a candidate in accordance with the relevant provisions of the NTA guidelines.

(xii) Candidates are advised to follow the Dress Code prescribed by the NTA. Shoes/footwear with thick soles and garments with large buttons are NOT permitted.

(xiii) No candidate shall be permitted to leave the Examination Room/Hall before the end of the examination.

(xiv) The Test will be conducted following all the COVID-19 health regulations mandated by the State of Kuwait.

(xv) Candidates are required to download and carefully read the Instructions and Advisory for COVID-19 given with the Admit Card, and strictly adhere to them.

(xvi) No parking facility will be available either inside or outside the Diplomatic area. To ensure smooth and timely entry of students, all are advised to arrange drop off and pick up of the candidates at the entry gate of the Diplomatic Area. Embassy has arranged transport facility for candidates to travel from the Diplomatic entrance to the Embassy and back.

(xvii) Candidates shall be needed to provide an emergency contact number of their parents/guardian upon arrival at the registration desk.

(xviii) Departure of the candidates after the completion of the examination will be in a staggered manner on a First-In-First-Out (FIFO) basis to avoid traffic congestion at the diplomatic entry area.

(xix) Candidates are advised to visit the examination venue a day in advance (September 11 between 2 P.M. to 5 P.M.) to familiarize themselves with the venue and the drop-off/pick-up point, so that they do not face any difficulty on the day of the Entrance Test.

(xxii) Embassy of India premises in Kuwait will remain closed for public service on September 09 and September 12, except for emergency consular services. However, public services at Passport outsourcing centers will continue to function normally.
