Kuwait Cricket Board is absolutely proud of its U19 boys (Powered by IDP IELTS) who have consecutively qualified for the prestigious U19 Asia Cup where the young guns of Kuwait will have yet another fantastic opportunity to lock horns with Asian giants India, Paksitan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka & Afghanistan.
Apart from Kuwait, Nepal & UAE are the only other two associate members who have also made it to the U19 Asia Cup that is scheduled to take place in the UAE from 20th December on wards.
The league matches will be played at the ICC academy grounds & Sharjah Cricket Stadium with the finals taking place at the Dubai Sports City Stadium.
Kuwait U19 led by the dynamic Meet Bhavsar will take on Bangladesh U19, Sri Lanka U19 and Nepal U19 in their respective group. (Scheulde attached)
The naming rights of Kuwait U19 for the Asia Cup remain with IDP – Proud Co-owner of IELTS and a long term sponsor / partner of Kuwait Cricket development activities.
Kuwait U19 has also maintained its position in ICC Division 1 of the U19 World Cup Qualifiers / Pathway which relfects on the sheer hard work and effort put in by the coaches and the players over the past 5 years.
