If you have 300,000 dinars and want to buy a house in Kuwait, your dream may come true if you look for a house in some remote area of Kuwait, but with this kind of money, you can never dream of owning a house in the capital or the so-called model areas close to the city which is believed to cost in millions.
A local Arabic daily gave a simple calculation saying the average price per square meter of private housing property in Kuwait was about 1,074 dinars per sq meter at the end of the second quarter of 2022, according to data from the Kuwait Finance House (KFH).
On the other hand if someone has about 300,000 dinars a possibility of buying a luxurious mansion or rather a ‘palace’ in some US city is not a far away dream and that too with beautiful view because every home in the US with an area of more than 5,000 square feet (464.5 square meters) is considered a “palace”, according to the opinions of some real estate experts.
