A third flight with 348 Turks left for Turkey, and another 322 Filipino passengers traveled by Kuwait Airways flight on a Boeing 777 from Kuwait International Airport to the Philippine capital, Manila yesterday. Kuwait government sponsored tickets for illegal residents who wish to exit without paying fines nor any expenses to leave the country under an amnesty plan in April.
Sources stated that the plane took off from the T4 passenger terminal at dawn yesterday, the fifth fight which carried Filipino citizens with the total number being 1527 passengers.
