The coronavirus (COVID-19) infected 746 people in Kuwait in the past 24 hours, raising the infection cases to 114,015 since the outbreak of the pandemic. 8 patients died, bringing the death toll to 684.
Official spokesperson of the Ministry of Health Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad told KUNA that there were 133 patients receiving treatment at intensive care wards. Those still receiving treatment amounted to 7,485. The health authorities conducted 8,554 swab tests in the past 24 hours, raising the total count to 809,491, Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad added. Earlier, the Health Ministry announced the recovery of 610 people from the coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the tally to 105,846.
