The General Administration of Residence Affairs Investigations launched a security campaign on Wednesday against residency law violators, as well as wanted fugitives in four regions. The officers detained 68 expats of various nationalities caught in violation of the residency law, in addition to several wanted individuals, as part of the ministry’s security plan.
The local daily wrote that after monitoring a number of violators in the Fahaheel industrial areas, Amghara scrap area, Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh and Jahra, the security officers raided the sites to conduct the inspections. The violators and fugitives were referred to competent authorities.
Moreover, the team also confronted a fake office housing two people in Mangaf. The suspects will be referred to the competent authorities to receive the necessary legal measures.
