Hours after the decision was issued to allow non-graduate expatriate workers 60 years and above to renew their work permits after paying 500 dinars in residence fee in addition to the health insurance fee between 500 and 700 dinars annually, sources say these fees are not applicable to Palestinian nationality holders, the children of Kuwaiti women married to foreign husbands and their husbands, and those born in Kuwait are excluded from the fees, reports Al-Jarida daily.
