The Deputy Director-General for Employment Affairs at the Public Authority for Manpower (PAM), Abdullah Al-Mutatah, revealed that 59,000 expatriate workers voluntarily left country following the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Al-Mutatah said, in a television interview, “It is necessary to differentiate between those who have left the country and those who were unable to enter Kuwait.”
