The Public Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) said out of the 62 cases which it referred to the Public Prosecution until the end of August 2022, include 7 in which final verdicts have been issued.

According to the statistics, a copy of which has been received by a local Arabic daily, the seven verdicts in which final judgments were issued are – four convictions issued by the Court of Cassation, two acquittals from the same court, and one acquittal by the Court of Ministers.

As for the remaining 55 cases, Nazaha said, 49 of them pending before the Public Prosecution.
