The General Authority for Youth in the country organizes various summer programs and activities, offering great benefits to young men and women who seek to improve their skills and invest their time in useful endeavors.

Currently, approximately 5,077 young individuals of both genders are benefiting from these activities across 11 affiliated centers, as reported by the Commission’s acting Director-General, Meshaal Al-Subaie.

Running from early July until the end of August, these programs consist of more than 100 activities divided into 10 categories.

The primary objective is to encourage youth to utilize their time and energy in ways that positively impact themselves and society at large.

The programs are thoughtfully designed to cater to the preferences and ages of the participants, encompassing a wide range of activities such as scientific, cultural, religious, social, and sports-related pursuits. People from the age of 6 years and above are welcome to join and take advantage of the opportunities provided.

Among the offerings are programs for reciting the Holy Qur’an and memorizing the hadiths of the Prophet, which contribute to spiritual growth and understanding.

Additionally, sports academies offering various games and activities are available for participants. The Commission has also dedicated sports activities specifically tailored for people with disabilities, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.

Moreover, emphasis is placed on enhancing the scientific aptitude of the youth and fostering their capabilities in the fields of science and technology. The comprehensive array of programs aims to empower young individuals, equipping them with valuable skills and knowledge that will benefit them and the society they are a part of.
