The coronavirus (COVID-19) infected 499 people in Kuwait in the past 24 hours, raising the infection cases to 136,840, since the outbreak of the pandemic. 3 patients died, bringing the death toll to 838.
Ministry spokesperson Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that the number of people receiving medical care in ICU reached 109 cases, making the total of all cases confirmed to have (Covid 19) disease and still receiving the necessary medical care to 8,417 cases.
Al-Sanad indicated that the number of swabs conducted during the past 24 hours reached 4,854, bringing the total to 1011,566 tests.
Ministry of Health announced earlier today that 683 infections had recovered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of recovery cases to 127585 cases.
