The Director of the Evaluation and Measurement Center at Kuwait University, Dr. Rawa Al-Jarallah said 3,200 students answered the aptitude tests electronically in English and at various faculties of the university.

When asked about changing some electronic exams and converting them to paper, Al-Jarallah told a local Arabic daily, “Because of the mourning period for the President of the UAE, the center has raised its capacity in the exams to be held next week, so that students whose exams were postponed on the day of mourning will be entertained in order for the students not to fall behind their schedules that could coincide with the high school exams, which necessitated converting them to paper.

She indicated the next test will be Saturday, May 28, and 6,500 male and female students are expected to answer. The exam is divided into paper and electronic tests. She added, the tests that will be on May 29 are for English, Arabic, French, and Mathematics.

She added, “We did not see any cases of ‘absence’ during the exams yesterday, and this shows to the students’ commitment and adherence to the instructions,” noting that preventing students from entering the exams happens only if they do not bring their Civil ID or any personal ID.
