Thirty male and female candidates filed their papers on the first day at the Elections Affairs Department of the Ministry of Interior wishing contest the 2023 National Assembly.
The candidates for candidacy were distributed among the five constituencies, bringing the number of candidates to the first constituency.
The Al-Qabas daily said three candidates filed from the first constituency, eight from the second constituency, including Mona Muhammad Al-Kandari, five from the third electoral district, seven from fourth electoral district and 7 from the fifth electoral district.
