The Directorate General of Civil Aviation issued a statistic report which revealed that 288 passengers arrived at Kuwait International Airport between February 21 to March 1, Al Anbaa daily reported.

The passengers arrived onboard 24 flights from 13 different destinations which include Bahrain, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Germany, India, Lebanon, Nepal, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, and the UAE.

The statistics indicated that the number of departures from Kuwait International Airport during that period were 2,263 passengers, while the number of transit passengers was 264, with a total of 2815 passengers traveling onboard 49 flights.

This statistic comes in conjunction with the implementation of Civil Aviation’s decisions to prevent non-citizens from entering Kuwait International Airport, and the implementation of the institutional quarantine decision for arrivals to the country by registering on the Kuwait Traveler platform www.kuwaitmosafer.com for a period of 7 days, in addition to another 7 days of home quarantine.
