Sunday morning, Oct 2, 2022, about 277,553 male and female students in the intermediate and secondary levels in all educational regions, to join their colleagues in kindergarten and primary school who began their studies last Sunday.
Informed sources revealed to a local Arabic daily that the government schools for the secondary and intermediate levels were equipped during the last period, and their administrations, in cooperation with the officials of the educational districts, were able to avoid the problems that had prevented primary and kindergarten students from smooth returning to school, reports a local Arabic daily.
The sources expected that the start of the school year would pass without hindrances, after providing the needs, completing maintenance and cleaning work, and enhancing the numbers of workers in all educational and administrative facilities in the ministry, noting that educational leaders would continue their inspection tours to ensure readiness and reassurance on the progress of work.
Public education schools in all educational regions receive 503,039 learners of all levels, including 40,978 students in kindergarten, 184,508 in primary, 157,405 in middle school, 116956 in secondary school, in addition to 3192 in religious institutes.
