Statistics issued by the Deportation and Temporary Detention Affairs Department of the General Administration of Correctional Institutions show 2,190 people have been deported from the country between Oct 1, 2021 and Nov 2, 2021.
The Public Relations and Security Media Department of the Ministry of Interior stated based on the directives of the Minister of Interior Sheikh Thamer Al-Ali, and the instructions and follow-up of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Lieutenant-General Sheikh Faisal Al-Nawaf quick action is being taken when violators of labor and residence laws are arrested by immediately deporting them from the country.
