Personnel from the Criminal Security Sector, represented by the General Department for Drug Control and the General Department of Criminal Investigation, have arrested 21 people of different nationalities in 14 separate incidents and seized from them about 7 kilos of different types of narcotics, 790 psychotropic pills, 500 milliliters of liquid GHP, 171 bottles of alcohol, bullets and sums of money.
The Security Media Department stated that the suspects have confessed that the seized items belonged to them for the purpose of trafficking and abuse. They have been referred to the competent authority to take legal action against them, reports Al-Rai daily.
