The spokesman for the Ministry of Health, Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad, announced that the number of those registered to receive the vaccine against Coronavirus exceeded 153,000, and no unexpected side effects were detected after the first dose of vaccination.
The national campaign to receive the vaccine had officially started in its first phase last Sunday, and has so far witnessed a great turnout, after its successful launch last Thursday, in the presence of the Prime Minister His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled, and a number of ministers and members of the National Assembly at the Kuwait Center for Vaccination in the Fairgrounds.
The Ministry of Health has designated a link on its website for those wishing to register to receive the vaccine.
