The Amir of Humanity Volunteer” team organized the event of the longest fasting breakfast table in Kuwait at the Friday market, with the participation of many parties and supporters, and under the auspices of the Voluntary Work Department at the Public Authority for Youth.

In a statement to a local Arabic daily, the founder and head of the team, Ali Karam, said that “the event was organized for the third year, as it started in 2018 in Souk Al-Mubarakiya, where about 6,000 fasting people participated, and in 2019 it was organized at the Friday Market, and contributed to prepare Iftar for 9 thousand fasting people.

Karam indicated, “After a two-year hiatus as a result of the closure, it was organized on Friday and 11,200 fasting people broke their Ramadan fast, and many volunteer teams participated in the preparation.

The founder and head of the team stated that “many restaurants and charities, led by the Kuwaiti Food Bank, also participated in the event, confirming the cohesion and cooperation of all in charity work.”
