A security campaign carried out in Mahboula by the public security sector in the Ministry of Interior in cooperation with the municipality, resulted in the seizure of foodstuffs unfit for human consumption and 11 street vendors and beggars, Al-Rai reported.
The General Administration of Security Relations and Media at the Ministry of Interior stated that a force from Assnad Al-Ahmadi and the Fahaheel Police Station, in cooperation with the Ahmadi municipality carried out a security campaign to monitor the street vendors in the Mahboula region and take necessary actions.
The campaign resulted in seizing a quantity of foodstuffs unfit for human use and also managing to detain 11 street vendors and beggars, and they are being referred to the competent authority to take legal measures in their regard.
