‘New Secret Printing Committee’ to uphold integrity of exams with confidentiality

According to Jalal Al-Tabtabaei, Minister of Education’s directives, a new committee for Central Secret Printing Press is formed to uphold highest standards of security and confidentiality, ensuring integrity of exams across all grades.

The Ministry of Education has announced the formation of a new committee for the Central Secret Printing Press, in accordance with the directives of the Minister of Education, Eng. Jalal Al-Tabtabaei, and as part of ongoing efforts to enhance confidentiality and security in preparing the first semester exams for the 2024-2025 academic year, for the secondary stage.

This committee has started its work immediately by conducting a thorough and precise review of the devices and technologies used in the preparation and printing of exams, as well as verifying the security and protection systems applied at the headquarters of the Secret Printing Press.

The Ministry of Education stated that these steps, personally supervised by Minister Al-Tabtabaei, were taken to ensure the accuracy of all stages of preparation, from examination to distribution. This is to guarantee the readiness of the printing press at the highest levels of efficiency and confidentiality. The Ministry emphasized its commitment to applying the highest standards of security and confidentiality to ensure the integrity of exams across all grades.

Furthermore, the Ministry explained that it will leave no stone unturned in supporting the staff working at the Secret Printing Press and thereby provide them with all the modern means and technologies needed to achieve the desired goals.

The Ministry emphasized that continuous teamwork is the key to ensuring the success of the examination process and showcasing the honorable image of the educational system in the country.

Importantly, the Ministry also confirmed that the process of printing exams is progressing according to plan and the specified timetable. The team at the Secret Printing Press has begun withdrawing new models for the secondary school exams. Minister Al-Tabtabaei emphasized the full commitment to implementing the necessary security measures to ensure the highest levels of protection and privacy, enhancing confidence in the educational system.

The Ministry noted that all sectors and departments, along with their administrative and educational teams, are working diligently to harness all resources and capabilities to create an environment of ease and comfort and conducive to student’s success in their exams.
