Nazaha refers PAFN employee to Prosecution

The Kuwait Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) has referred an employee of the Public Authority for Food and Nutrition to the Public Prosecution citing suspected conflict of interest.
Without going into details, the Al-Rai daily said, the case falls under the scope of Law No. 1 of 2023, which governs the prevention of conflicts of interest, as well as Law No. 2 of 2016 regarding the establishment of the Public Authority for Combating Corruption, and relevant provisions on financial disclosure.
Nazaha emphasized its continued efforts to enforce integrity and accountability in public service.
