National Guard undersecretary inspects facilities protection battalion

The Undersecretary of the National Guard, Lieutenant General Hamad Salem Al-Barjas, paid visit to the Second Facilities Protection Battalion of the First Protection Brigade, as part of ongoing efforts to ensure the highest levels of readiness and security preparedness.
During the visit, Al-Barjas reviewed the workflow, security arrangements and operational procedures in place at the strategic facility, underscoring the importance of precision, discipline and vigilance in safeguarding vital national infrastructure.
He was received by the Commander of Military and Security Affairs, Brigadier General Abdullah Saleh Abdullah, who briefed him on the battalion’s duties, deployment mechanisms and the measures adopted to maintain continuous protection and rapid response capability.

The Undersecretary conveyed the greetings of the National Guard leadership to the officers and personnel, expressing their pride and appreciation for the pivotal role they play in protecting sensitive installations and ensuring uninterrupted operational stability.
He stressed on the necessity of maintaining constant alertness, strict adherence to security instructions, and full commitment to assigned duties, noting that the security of critical facilities is a cornerstone of national stability and public safety.
Al-Barjas praised the professionalism and dedication demonstrated by the battalion’s members, affirming that their efforts form an essential line of defense in preserving Kuwait’s security and safeguarding its strategic assets.
