Municipality orders high school graduates to submit copies within two weeks
Employees with foreign diplomas since January 1, 2000, must submit PDF copies of qualifications and civil ID.
Eng. Saud Al-Dubous, the Director General of the Municipality, has issued an administrative circular instructing all municipality employees who have obtained a high school diploma or higher qualifications from abroad since January 1, 2000, to submit copies of their educational qualifications, higher education equivalency, and civil ID in PDF format.
These documents must be submitted through the link https://kmapi.baladia.gov.kw/KMCertificatesApp on the official website within two weeks of the circular’s issuance.
