The daily added, after receiving a tip-off, plainclothes policemen tracked the suspect and caught him red-handed offering for sale police, army, the National Guard, and Kuwait Fire Force insignia.

Following the arrest CID officers seized from the man 700 ranks belonging to the Ministry of Interior; 300 ranks from the National Guard; 270 ranks from the Ministry of Defense and 500 various badges depicting Interior, Defense, Guard, Fire, and Customs ranks.

All items were confiscated, and the suspect is now in custody pending referral to the competent authorities.
