MOI arrests 48 violators during inspection of 120 Shuwaikh businesses
A joint inspection campaign conducted by the Residence Affairs Investigation Department, in cooperation with the Public Authority for Manpower, resulted in the arrest of 48 residency and labor law violators in Shuwaikh Industrial Area.
The campaign covered 120 commercial establishments as part of ongoing efforts to enforce residency and labor regulations.
Those arrested included 36 violators under Article 18, nine under Article 20, one absconding worker under Article 20, one individual wanted for links to a non-existent company under Article 18, and one violator under Article 22.
The Ministry of Interior said all necessary legal and administrative procedures have been completed, and the violators have been referred to the competent authorities for further action.
