Ministry of Justice launches ‘trust payment’ services via ‘Sahel’ App
The ministry introduced ‘Paying the Expert’s Trust’ and ‘Payment of a Secretary’s Trust’ services for settling owed amounts determined by the judges.
Dr. Muhammad Al-Wasmi, the Minister of Justice, Endowments, and Islamic Affairs, has introduced exclusive services like ‘Payment of an Expert’s Trust’ and ‘Payment of a Secretary’s Trust’ through the ‘Sahel’ application, according to a report in the Al Rai newspaper.
The Ministry of Justice, through its account on the ‘X’ platform, stated that the ‘Paying the Expert’s Trust’ service enables applicants to settle the amounts of the expert’s trust that were determined by the judge when the case file was transferred to the experts.
Additionally, the ‘Payment of a Secretary’s Trust’ service allows applicants to pay the amount owed when the secretary is assigned a task by the judge. It was noted that any restrictions on transactions are lifted after the applicant has made full payment of the amounts owed.
