Ministry of Interior promotions

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef, in his capacity as Acting Minister of Interior, has issued a decision to appoint Major General Yousef Al-Khadda, the Director of the General Traffic Department, as Assistant Undersecretary for the Traffic and Operations Sector.

The decision also outlines the appointment of Brigadier General Dr. Faisal Al-Makrad, the Acting Director of the General Department of Criminal Enforcement, as Assistant Undersecretary for the Correctional Institutions Sector and Sentence Enforcement Department.

Major General Abdullah Al-Rajaib, the Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Public Security Affairs, has been assigned the responsibility of two sectors that fell vacant following the retirement of Major General Jamal Al-Sayegh.

Additionally, the decision includes the merger of the Correctional Institutions and Judgment Enforcement Sector with the Special Security Forces Sector.

Major General Walid Al-Tararwa, currently serving as the Director of the General Department of Residence Affairs Investigations, has been assigned to work as Assistant Undersecretary for Residence Affairs. This position had been vacant since the promotion of Major General Anwar Al-Barjas to the rank of Lieutenant General and his subsequent appointment as Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, followed by his retirement upon reaching the legal age.
