Ministry of Commerce regulates minced meat sales in butcher shops

The Ministry of Commerce has issued a decision banning butcher shops and meat markets from selling fresh and chilled minced meat, except in the presence of the consumer and upon their request.

The Ministry has also banned butcher shops from adding non-meat-adherent fat when weighing and selling meat to the consumer.
