Ministry debunks new uniform rumors, designs still under review
The Ministry of Interior emphasized that the final decision on adopting the new uniform will be made after presenting it to His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
The Ministry of Interior has denied reports about adopting a new uniform for its officers, non-commissioned officers, and personnel. The ministry clarified that recent meetings were held to review and coordinate several proposed designs and colors for the security forces’ uniforms, according to Q8-Press
The ministry confirmed that the designs are still under review and emphasized that the final decision on adopting the new uniform will be made after presenting it to His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-JaberAl-Sabah, may God protect him, who holds the authority to approve the official uniform for the Ministry of Interior personnel.
The ministry also urged the media and public to verify the information from official sources to avoid spreading incorrect news, and emphasized that the General Directorate of Security Relations is available around the clock to respond to any security-related inquiries.
