Military Education Authority, Interior Ministry explore women’s role in military

The Kuwaiti Army’s General Staff announced, today, Wednesday that a delegation from its Military Education Authority visited the Saad Al-Abdullah Academy for Security Sciences at the Ministry of Interior to explore ways to strengthen cooperation in promoting women’s involvement in the military.
This came in a press release issued by the Chief of Staff following the visit of Brigadier General Jassim Al-Omani, Head of the Military Education Authority, and his accompanying delegation to the Women’s Police Institute, which is affiliated with the Saad Al-Abdullah Academy for Security Sciences.
Importantly, the visit was part of efforts to strengthen cooperation between military and security institutions, as it included a tour of the facilities at the Women’s Police Institute.
The delegation was received upon arrival by Brigadier General Salem Ashour, Assistant Director-General for Academic Affairs at the Ministry of Interior, and Colonel Iman Boland, Director of the Women’s Police Institute.
