Mazen Mhanna appointed General Manager of Four Points by Sheraton Kuwait

The St. Regis Kuwait, Sheraton Kuwait and Four Points by Sheraton Kuwait complex is pleased to announce the appointment of Mazen Mhanna as the new General Manager of Four Points by Sheraton Kuwait.

With over two decades of distinguished leadership in luxury hospitality across the complex, Mazen brings a wealth of operational expertise, strategic vision and a passion for excellence to his new role.

Since joining Marriott International in 2002, Mazen has held progressive leadership roles in both operational and commercial functions at The St. Regis Kuwait, Sheraton Kuwait and Four Points by Sheraton Kuwait.

His deep knowledge of the Kuwait market, commitment to business growth and ability to build high-performing teams have earned him prestigious accolades such as the President’s Award.
Throughout his career, he has demonstrated unwavering integrity, adaptability and a relentless drive for excellence.

Mazen’s academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the University of West Attica (TEI Athens) in Greece and a Professional Development Program (PDP) certificate in Hotel Marketing Management from Cornell University in the USA.

In his most recent role as Director of Operations, Mazen established a strong foundation in multi-property operations, commercial strategy and guest experience leadership.

Under the leadership of Fahed Abushaar, Cluster Director of The St. Regis Kuwait, Sheraton Kuwait and Four Points by Sheraton Kuwait, along with the dedicated efforts of Mazen and the entire team, the complex has sustained a leading market position for several consecutive years.

During his time as Director of Operations, he successfully led brand transitions and consistently enhanced performance across key areas including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Sales and Guest Experience.

As Mazen steps into his new role, Fahed Abushaar conveyed his heartfelt congratulations, recognizing this moment as a proud milestone for the complex.
