Massage parlors, salons operating hours set from 6 a.m. to 12 midnight

The Minister of State for Municipal Affairs, Abdullatif Al-Mishari, in an effort to regulate the working hours of massage parlors and salons in residential and commercial areas, issued directives emphasizing the need for proper oversight.

Acting on these directives, Kuwait Municipality Director General Eng. Manal Al-Asfour issued an administrative decision specifying the working hours of massage parlors and salons to operate from 6 am to 12 midnight.
