Live-fire exercises to be held near Failaka Island from Sept 13 to 30
The Directorate of Moral Guidance and Public Relations for Seafarers, Fishing and Recreation Enthusiasts has announced that the Kuwait Naval Force will conduct live-ammunition drill near Failaka Island from September 13 to 30, 2026. Citizens and residents who use the sea to are required to stay away from the designated exercise areas throughout the announced period.
The warning is aimed at ensuring the safety of all sea users and preventing them from entering areas where the live-fire exercises are taking place.
