Lieutenant General Al-Dhiyab appointed Director of His Highness the Amir Office

In a formal move reflecting the leadership’s trust and recognition of distinguished national service, Decree No. 91 of 2025 has been issued appointing Retired Lieutenant General Jamal Al-Dhiyab to the position of Director of the Office of His Highness the Amir, with the rank of ‘Excellent’.

Lieutenant General Al-Dhiyab is a respected figure known for his long-standing service in the Kuwaiti Armed Forces, where he held several senior positions before retiring. His appointment is seen as a continuation of his dedication to national service and a testament to his integrity, leadership, and loyalty to the homeland.
