Lawyers arrested for spreading false news about Minister of Public Works

The Ministry of Interior has apprehended two lawyers on charges related to state security and the dissemination of false news.

The lawyers are accused of using the social media platform “X” to spread fabricated news concerning Dr. Noura Al-Mashaan, the Minister of Public Works and Minister of State for Municipal Affairs.

This information was confirmed by a well-informed source who spoke to Al-Qabas newspaper.

The two lawyers have been detained and referred to the prosecution.
